And then you continue the exercise and when after going through that pain and breakdown, when you take some rest and do the exercise for some more time. That is when the feeling of accomplishment and endorphin release comes. Its a mental state. You have to catalyse it.

I workout early in the morning because I know if I delay it, it won’t happen. To neville, I know you didn’t feel a high while the routine you chose in 2016. Choose a different now. If it doesn’t workout, choose again. Eventually you will find out what works for you.
Hey, I have PCOS too and I try having an active lifestyle as much as I can. There are these periods where I slack off but I have found I keep coming back to the food regulation and exercise routine. Feels good to have found your comment! Now I am going to start exercising a bit more regularly from tomorrow

It always happens after 3-4 hours of your workout when your body gets adequate rest. I’ve had massive amounts of endorphin release in the evening after an hour of workout in the gym and 2 hours training in the pool in the morning. If you want a real kick try this. Workout for an hour and half in the morning, stretch a lot afterwards (more the pain, more the release) have a huge meal and go to sleep. Wake up in the evening and just go for a stroll around your block. You’ll feel a rush you’ve never felt. P.S- Can you guys talk about things to do before you turn 30? Or Recreational and psychedelic drugs people use in Silicon valley and mumbai?

But the day you get that feel good workout then you will get addicted to it.. In the starting Fuck functional body fuck a gym trainer fuck protein powders.. Just keep a positive approach and just show up.. Everything else will follow ..
