So hauntingly beautiful -it feels like a dark classical story is unfolding into my ears. love the genre blending and the rumbly bass sections. Really wish it was longer and had a music video though.
This was basically the intro of the album. It's a really good hook to keep the listener engaged, as it shows what Sub Urban's music typically features. Practical idea, amazing execution.
Also fun fact, as this song serves as the intro, HEDON serves as the outro to the album.
HEDON is about coming off of this high mentioned in VIRGIL'S MANIA, to be pulled back down to earth after flying so high. Take this with a pinch of salt though, your own interpretation is just as valid.
That’s because it’s a direct rip of a Chon song called Pitch Dark

I’m not going to pretend I have an immaculate understanding of the song, but it seems like Virgil was a rejected saint with lots of power, which might be why Glen from Uh Oh! has supernatural abilities, especially when you notice he is holding “Virgil’s Chronicle”.
