This was really helpful. I had filled in ink but the printer was not printing any colour. Opening the ink bottles really helped. Instantly the blue colour started appearing and the rest followed. Thank you.

Thanks for the video. I am now in like the 6th or 7th nozzle cleaning and it has worked. I'm gonna do a couple more just to clean them better. I havent printed nor used my printer in maybe 2 months and probably the ink got dry, specially cyan. But this worked very good.

Thank you very much for your informative video. It really saved me a lot of trouble. Opening the Ink cap made all the difference. None of the colors were printing, I had to run the head cleaning 4 times, to get all the colors to print.

3 cleanings and the printer was working good as new (i had done about 20 already but no bottles open, and the printer only did print in Blk during those)

@paulharder43 - what you said is absolutely right….. don’t see any difference between the before and after photo prints in the video. Having said that, the problem of yellow and cyan not printing seems to have been fixed for me

Mine totally stopped printing any of the colors. It took me around 4 cleaning.
I wonder though if opening the inks is actually needed or just needed a few cleaning because I tried it first without cleaning :)

Thanks for this. I tried using the head cleaning options so many times and didn't work. Ended up opening the printer and noticed the inside tank for cyan was empty. It's because I never left outside tank open, so many because there was no airflow ink drained out. Now working fine

Magenta printed very poorly, even after a few head cleanings. Saw this video and did the head cleaning with caps open.
Now magenta prints, but cyan and yellow don't. Why could that be?
I saw a warning that the caps should all be closed. Did I break my printer?
