- Bethany Beach Delaware has a great beach and boardwalk for a quiet town. If you are looking to sit back and relax, Bethany Beach DE is a must stop. Bethany has a small town feel with it's quaint little shops and short boardwalk that anyone can walk on. I just love this little small town and Bethany beach is a great town to visit and tour if you are heading to Ocean City, Rehoboth, Cape May or Wildwood New Jersey. as you will see in this video. I have the pleasure of living here in Bethany, move down 8 years ago from Harrisburg PA, I love it it's not overly crowded like Ocean City, I work at Sea Colony I definitely live and work on the beach I would recommend Bethany Beach to live or just to visit beautiful especially around September when the tourists leave we get our beaches and Bay to ourselves haha

If you don't mind, may I ask you is it crowded in july/august? How's the position beach attendant in that resort? Is there a lot of j1 students coming every summer? I have an offer to come there as a beach attendant work&travel program so I'm looking for some info. Thanks in advance
@kobethegoat7340 hello there, summer months can be busy, but it's not overly crowded, just depends where u will be working, the beach attended is a tough job, but ur young and probably can handle it, we get a lot of J1 students here every summer, it's really fun for most of them. Recently we have had Jamaica students and students from the DR, did u get an offer for sea colony?

I worked in Massachusetts last summer,same position. But here they offer me 10.75$ per hour +tips and housing 150$/week so that's why am I asking if it's busy to make some money and if it's a lot of students as it was in MA it's hard to make money cause I'm coming from europe and program costs a lot.
+in MA was $14.50/hour and housing $125/weekly so $10.75 and $150 housing sounds a lot, maybe they are hiring less people there on that position?
@kobethegoat7340 you will make more than that here, plus u can rent a place with a bunch of ppl, split the rent, I honestly don't know to much about the J1 details, but we have ppl coming back for several yrs, they love it here, I think u will enjoy it and make more money.

I really enjoy all of your videos. I am originally from Baltimore so I have been to most of these beaches many, many times. Even do a few day trips since its only about a 2 hour drive to the Delmarva beaches. Even Cape May is very close.

Nice to see that not too much has changed over the years! Except the south end of the Boardwalk- I''m actually building a virtual model of the boardwalk as it was back in the 90s before the artificial dune (not trying to self-promote but there's video on my channel if you're interested)- if anyone's got old photos of that area i'd love to see them!

Wildwood new jersey
Boardwalk.
It depends who you are. Want less crowds this is much quieter.
