Memory five of the Lost Archive DLC for Assassin's Creed: Revelations. After spending the whole year 2011 as an Animus test subject, with Vidic sometimes keeping him in the Animus for several days with only minimal breaks or no breaks at all, Clay Kaczmarek starts to have a severe bleeding effect (A side effect that comes from the usage of the Animus). Due to spending time in the Animus for way too long, Clay starts to have intense bleeding effect hallucinations and nightmares by late 2011 and early 2012 and he is slowly starting to lose his mind.
In one of these bleeding effect induced dreams, Clay encounters a mystical being calling herself Juno ( Juno is an Isu, a humanoid species predating humanity. These beings are the ones who made the Pieces of Eden and also the ones who created the human race itself. So they're basically gods.). Anyway, Juno tells Clay that his death is coming soon. She also reveals to Clay that the world is going to end on december 21st 2012, and that he would have to sacrifice himself and pass on a message to help his eventual successor, Desmond Miles, as Miles is the one who is foretold by the Isu to prevent the apocalypse. Clay refuses, causing Juno to become angry with him.
In another bleeding effect vision, Clay sees Adam and Eve stealing the Apple of Eden (According to the Bible, they were the first humans but in truth they were the first Human-Isu hybrids, and Eden was actually a futuristic Isu city.)
