We need to make our people aware to get good quality education and develop skills to get to better jobs rather than just being known as the labor class in Dubai. Pakistanis seek driver, uber, movers, and workers jobs while other nationalities seek HR, accountant, marketing, etc. which are higher paid. We need to upskill ourselves and improve our work ethics.
