So I opted for the definitive edition (which is bs you can't even make a custom radio station anymore. How does taking away features make it definitive?l

For android you will need a REALLLYYY good phone and download winlator and also u will need to install resident 4 before doing anything it'll work 20 fps if winlator no good for u try exagear or ps2 emulator or you emulator there's not a way to play with no emulator on android these all methods are offline but they work
after installing shizuku (you must open it first) go to fv file the data folder will be accessable just follow the instruction showing in my video thanks 😉
