I like the one with jalapeño slices, I make quesadillas with them, well we’ll drained, corn tortillas with a bit of cheese to hold it together, fried in butter. It’s not diet food, but once and a while…..😋

Tostadas are a childhood classic! If you've got a nice sunny window to grow herbs, fresh cilantro is a perfect addition. When I cook with bay leaves I always serve with the bay leaf still in. Whoever gets it in their bowl is supposed to receive good luck :)
These are great! Easily doable, have easily accessed ingredients, and taste fabulous. They are also easy to customize. At our home meat is a must add, and homemade fried rice is my normal. I made the mexican pasta tonight, adding grilled Carne Adobe to the finished product.
