We need this show with an East Coast cast. Plenty of singles in New York as well!
YES!!! I second this 1000%!!!
@@tatyaaltunyan6316 do all major areas-east, west, south and midwest. That is four seasons right there.
New Jersey / New York / Boston collab 😅
@@christopherm4352 and that is just for the regions. Add a Q-T hye , season and a black sheep season and that is 6 seasons right there. If they expand to Canada and Argentina, even better. That is 7 and that is only for the Americas.
@@Shaxxmaxxing2400 amaaaan shvaretsa 😅 What is a Q-T hye?
We need longer episodes, please! ❤
The show is so well produced shout out to the team!
I really wanted to see a 2nd date for Ari & Maro! I thought they seemed perfect for one another! No disrespect to Natasha, she is absolutely adorable & if she doesn't work out for Ari, she should be on Season 2 as a main single!! 🧡💕
Out of all the main singles on the show, Vanessa is a 💎. While I want her to have a third date with Aleksan, I hope that doesn’t mean she leaves the season! 🤓🤩
Please never stop this show!!! So addictive and very well produced!
This show is so fun!!! I love seeing our Armenian diaspora experience on screen in a way that lovingly shows how diverse we are and that's not just about our tragic past -- but which still pays respects to that too.
Ari and Maro are so good together. But Ari and Natasha are also really good together. Ari should give Shanty some lessons 🤷🏻♂️🔥
shant is still a baby, and chose a profession of psychologist to learn more about himself.
@@emiliaavagyan781 no shant seems more matured than his age natasha wrote him off before the date tbh. just because he was younger than her
So refreshing to see something enjoyable finally instead of the usual US Armenia TV mobster/gangster garbage programs.
By the way, great choice of music at the end of the shows THANK YOU
Wow the time flies when watching, it's like over so quickly. We need 2 a week please! 😀
Love this show so much! I've watched it with my mom and my daughters! Such fun!
Love the show and love the positive viewer response!
Reviving the diaspora with each and every episode!
Love this show! Hugs from Armenia ♥️
Thank you for the show❤💙🧡 Greetings from Armenia 🇦🇲
make episodes at least 40 minute please.
Great production!
Love the show! 👏🏼👏🏼
i love Vanessa, she seems like an all around amazing young woman with an amazing personality.
Who ever chose Manuel for the ending credits 💯💯💯💯💯💯💯
Love this show 💜
Vanessa rocks 🔥
Apreq, haer jan, dzer cav@ tanem!!
You guys have the best music.
Who wants to bet that Shant has a Scarface poster in his room?
What happened to the last episode. It was so good why is it gone
I'm Armenian & in MA Boston would love to meet more Armenians for sure!!!
Nice work. Isn’t shant in the show anymore?
I love Vanessa's nails! 🤩
Last track - Manuel - You are MY sweetheart
🔥🔥🔥
Are these filmed pretty recently or has the whole season been shot already? How many episodes are you guys aiming for?
judging by the weather and their clothes it was filmed late summer and being released now
on the zoom meeting it says 6/10/21 but Americans put month first, so I believe it was filmed in June
Re-upload episode 10 please!!!
As a non Armenian who wants to learn more about your history and where you came from, can you include segments where the participants explain or just add script or something
Ask away and I’ll tell you
I’m open to share it.
There are non-Armenian sources such as Dio Cassius who wrote books on Roman history in the 3rd century AD, Byzantine-Armenian relationsh written by Greeks, references to Armenia in Persian historical records, and if you like reading about the Crusades, the French had a lot of relations with Cilicia which was one of the Armenian kingdoms that no longer exists today. When Europe ruled Israel, they married a lot of Armenian nobility, hence why Armenians have their own quarter in Jerusalem.
If you want Armenian sources, most of the extant books are from the medieval period or earlier centuries for older history. Not perfect as the history also mixes religion into things, saying they were invaded for not being as faithful to Christ, etcetera, since a lot of priests wrote about them.
TLDR Armenia is like an interesting side character who acted in pivotal moments in history, but isn't usually the main protagonist. Armenia was partially protected by its geography, and partially isolated by all the mountains and cliffs, and the elevated Armenian plateau, but they survived successing invasions of Mongols, Seljuks, Tamerlane, Arabs, old Persian troops when they were still Zorastrian. Persia also destroyed Julfa (in what is today Azerbaijan) and relocated hundreds of thousands of Armenians to Iran to help with business. That is why they have a, "New Julfa." Georgia had old relations with Armenia in the past, and at one time, they were more united.
One of the best examples of an old Armenian city is currently in Turkey today, called Ani. It used to be known as the city of 1000 churches. Turks of course erase Armenians from their history books after wiping them off their historic homeland, and continue to destroy their architectural heritage of over 2000 monasteries and Churches, including destroying a medieval cemetary in Van this summer, but that tragedy is only one part of Armenia's history. There are still many beautiful churches and monasteries in what is Armenia today.
They are really known for hospitality (even the poor try to feed you until you burst), stone carvings especially kachkars and churches, artistry (singing, music, paintings disproportionately given their size), an old wine-making industry, their loves for books (they tried to smuggle books out during the genocide, the sweet bibliophiles; even in their pagan mythology, they had a god of Tir of knowledge education and scholarship, who was a scribe for the gods), their love for chess, their adherence to Christianity despite being given a choice between conversion or death (not just during the genocide, but also, Persians tried to convert them to Zorastrianism from Christianity so strongly that the Persians said the Armenians put on Christianity not like a garment, but like their own flesh and blood), and perseverance to have lasted so long, when other old smaller nations fell away.
They also love Arabs Egyptians and Iranians, and there are books (written by Armenians) about Armenians in the Fatimid Empire and other Muslim eras. They especially love Greeks, Greek Cypriots, and Assyrians. They also became a refuge for Yazidi refugees and built a temple for them as they feld Iraq. They have a lot of beautiful literature, with a golden age in the medieval period, and another one near the 5th century AD, and sadly, there was another golden age emerging in Armenian literature at the end of the 19th-early 20th century in a more Dickensesque manner, but the intellectuals were among the first to be executed, so they couldn't warn people to escape, so their writing careers were cut long with their throats. Komitas only survived because one of the Turkish soldiers liked his singing, but he went mad at the tragedy of his people. His songs are deeply cherished by Armenia, as he salvaged and saved a lot of folk songs that otherwise would have been completely lost to terror of 1915.
Vanessa ❤️❤️❤️❤️
❤️💙🧡🏹
Maybe I’m wrong but it feels like Ari’s attraction to Natasha is mostly physical. It doesn’t feel like they have a ton in common actually, other than being generally positive people.
Where's the last episode?
These episodes are too short
Could you include music credits? 🥰
When is the next one? It ended on 9 plus one missing
❤️
Where is episode 10!!!
I love Vanessa!
where is episode 10? 😘
There is a girl her name is Patil Tutunjian. She will be a good match with Levon. She is unbelievable cute girl
I would SCREAM if Patil came on this show!! But I would want her to be one of the main characters with men lined up for her to choose from. Patil is an absolute gem.

This show reminds me why I’d rather play call of duty with the boys than go out on dates.
I feel like these aren’t your typical LA Armenians though, right? I’ve been on a few dates with Armenians girls from the Valley and they haven’t really been like this
@@JohnSmith-yf5bk I don’t know man. Armenians are pretty diverse in general.
What happened between Ari and Maro?
Ghosted her bro
@@armennicks597 not exactly 😅

I love this show I would like to participate. Natasha is so cute cute cheeks (hamovig) I would like to connect with you Natasha
Aleksan is the the Armenian Anthony Jeselnik
Most pretentious episode by far 🍷. Ari is hooking up all these chicks cuz he majored in medicine and minored in swag.
Well, Liz wasn’t interested and I don’t think there was much connection with Maro either.
Gays and Armenians don’t blend
Otherwise it’s a good show
Wait a minute. How about serving on the borderline with Azerbaijan? Why is this dude chasing skirts in LA instead of protecting historical motherland that they clearly love from afar?
Have you heard about VOMA? They do that.
Men need to stop simping. Armenia invented the red pill, armenian men living in diaspora become feminized overtime, due to the culture and life.
Because Americans dont have a sense of nationalism. Theres no reason to, its a melting pot of cultures so no one really cares about what happens in Armenia, maybe a few dozen Armenians, thats about it. They would rather drive around in expensive cars and waive flags then go support their compatriots in Armenia. What I call fake patriotism. Honestly Armenian Americans are pretty embarrasing to me as a nationalist Armenian. Most Armenians in Armenia are embarrasssing as well, although I prefer living in Armenia than the states, thats why i moved. Armenia and the diaspora are at a weak point now. We either unite, smarten up and get stronger or we lose whatever we have eventually.
