  • We adventure through a moss covered forest during a cold Tasmanian winter prospecting for Blue Sapphires. We find the river after some time spent taking in, and appreciating the big trees and undergrowth of this amazing old forest. I hope you enjoy this gem adventure!

    Why don’t you flip the sieve?

    • @offyourfacetprospecting
      @offyourfacetprospecting  5 месяцев назад

      Hey Jonathan, I usually move around a lot while digging and a lot of times there's no where to flip. I find working the bottom sieve like a gold pan(the the corner) is a much quicker way..which means I can go through more gravel!

      if you put your screen containing concentrates in the water, the sapphs and topaz are translucent compared to the rest of the heavies(makes em easier to spot)
