I watched all your videos with the corvette $$ and I really have to ask... HOW did you make it sound like that? Especially the low B. It's actually not only audible but it sounds good. I had the same bass, and no matter what I did the low B sounded like a mountain of mud.

without having to file your nut for a larger string... maybe a 110 gauge would fit... but, you could always file the nut slot a little bigger and string your 4 string with the low tuning of a 5 string.. then you could put way bigger string guages on there.
