how do you play on thumbs on an ipad? as a thumb player i’ve tried using thumbs on an ipad and it’s p hard, my thumbs can’t reach the other side of the screen properly T-T
not the creator but i think i can answer (im also a thumbs player) i usually split the screen in half, like for example _ _ _ | _ _ _ left hand | right hand sry if this didnt make sense
@@ariixstariee ah by other side i dont mean like i reach my right hand to hit notes on the left side of the screen, i meant i can’t comfortably reach the area near the middle to the left side on an ipad screen whereas i can do it easily on a phone, i should have worded that better lmaoaoao but yeah i get wym i do that too but for harder charts (and arcaea) you have to do crosshands or there are some parts of the chart that requires your right hand to cross the middle point - apologies if it doesn’t make much sense i’m bad with words
So what I would normally do, is keep my left thumb on the left side of the screen, and my right thumb on the right side of the screen. So I try to do harder modes as well, that way I can get better :)

To be honest, I’ve been playing way too much - Here’s a tip so you get better: Try to do harder modes when you play so you can get used to the mechanics of the notes.. it’ll help you get way better!! I’m trying masters right now so I can try and do pretty good and it’s working out well :)
Expert charts have some limits so they have to make other stuff harder to balance the difficulty Master allows for more complicated looking stuff but the gameplay is simpler overall
