as much as resident evil has always been a horror game, it was also action packed and fast paced at times. These fps type RE games just feel so forced and left field. I understand catering to the VR fans but can we get good old resident evil back? or at least a more polished version of RE Resistance?
This is NOT an official trailer. It's a fan made trailer for Resident Evil. Common sense would tell you they only released 8 last year how on earth are they going to have a trailer for 9 this early? Plus the fact this has footage from Call of Cthulhu in it and various other games. Not to mention Resident Evil never dove into the occult, it is always been a science based theme....even RE Village while it was kind of on the fence in the end it held to the formula Capcom has set for this series. It would be nice if people stopped trying to get pointless internet fame by lying about something. Be upfront about it, the trailer looks sick and I'd be down to play it....but don't lie and say it's Resident Evil 9.

I’m just glad the winters safe is ending. Don’t get me wrong they are actually good games but these aren’t really resident evil. There’s just a survivor horror game with the resident evil stamp on them.
I would love that but the thing is at the end it even said his story was officially done. And whether he could still come back to life I feel like his destiny is done and it would get a bit boring playing as him when he’s pretty much immortal

The next RE game should go back to Racoon City and take a page out of Fallout with the radiation in its game, limiting where you can go. This could introduce some seriously dangerous new types of zombies or new varents on old T or G virus monsters.
