Salam sir.
Thank you very much for your lecture. Sir as you explained the ordinance that ordinance is pass in case of emergency and it is for four months only. Sir here the confusion is that, income tax ordinance is not for four months nor it is passed in state of emergency.

In 1979 constitution of pakistan was held in abeyance and pakistan was given hudood ordinance,in 1984 constitution of pakistan was still not enforced but qanooni shahadat order was passed,do you think the difference you have given between order and ordinance is the same?
