Yeah, I'm super thankful for the way they handled the situation. They really took the time to not only fix the problem I originally sent the board back for, but they went out of their way to look over the entire board and repairing anything they thought needed it. Thanks again for watching. I really appreciate it. :)
That error code you got with the 3 dots and red light means that there was a short in the boards motor driver witch would explain the resistance in the wheel that's what that other thing they replaced was
Omg your warranty ended over a year ago? I heard the same thing from other people and wanted to know if it’s true. Damn Boosted is so cool for covering the cost of $500 worth of repairs.
Marcos Hernandez yup! Over a year and they even gave me free priority shipping both ways! I’m super thankful for their customer service. I’m still not sure why they gave me a new wheel but I’ll take it. Haha I can only say good things about their customer service. Thank you so much for watching and commenting. Please subscribe if you haven’t done so already as you’ll be entered to win a prize pack. Cheers! 🙂👍
Yes, unfortunately some premium boards aren't cheap, but you really understand why once you get one (whether its a mellow, boosted, evolve, lecroix) from customer service to riding and app experience it's a whole other level. The product and design is also superior in many ways. That's not to say there aren't great affordable boards out there, but my warranty ended 1 year ago and Boosted just fixed $500.00 worth of repairs on my board, provided a free wheel and new drive as well as 2 new belts. I don't think many companies would go that far as well as provide free express shipping both ways and extremely prompt repair service. Sometimes you have to pay for that extra quality and I can say it's worth it. I suggest even looking into buying one used for cheaper. A lot of riders are probably selling their v2's for newer models. I hope you find a board soon though. Thanks for watching and leaving a comment. Please subscribe as I will post more videos about Boosted Boards.
nick cambria yeah the new line up for Boosted Boards really does diversify options for budget. Although I must say riding a mini still isn’t the same as a v2 or stealth. However, there are always cheaper options. Thanks for watching and commenting. 🙏🙂
I'm currently waiting to get a new XR Battery to replace a defective one from Boosted. It's been 24 days without my BBXR battery, and haven't even heard when they are shipping it back, no tracking number, or nothing. I'm in the dark here! 🤬🤬🤬
Hey Levi, thanks for liking, commenting and subscribing to my channel. I suggest you give Boosted a phone call and see what they say. However, I have heard others mention the same thing about the XR battery and they’ve been waiting over a month. Not sure why it would take so long. I hope you get your new XR battery back ASAP. Let us know what happens once it’s resolved. Thanks again. 🙂👍
haha I've been there with the withdrawals when my board was at HQ. It was 17 days of my life that passed so slowly. Haha I hope they resolve your issue soon.
I would have pulled both motors and send them it would have been way quicker, the motors are 99% of all that goes wrong with that kind of noise most of us with V2 dual + have had to video Boosted and have them send us a new motor and send them the old one back.
James oftheOC yeah they sent me a motor the first time. However this time they didn’t give me that option. I’m thankful I sent it in though since they replaced both motors, my belts, and my rear wheels and well as rear drive. So all those things wouldn’t have been replaced if they just sent me the part. I would have also only received one motor so I think for long term this worked out to be a better option even though it took longer. Thanks so much for watching and commenting. Feel free to subscribe if you already haven’t. I do a prize pack giveaway for every 100 subs. Thanks again. 🙂👍
Stoked we were able to get you fixed up!
Boosted Boards thanks so much. I really do appreciate it. Give Angelo a high five for me. 🙂👍 Cheers!
I hope I'm on your guys radar, I sent you an email with my details. Been a few days without as much as a response.
That's how you do customer service. Good job Boosted

These boards look amazing but they are ridiculously expensive. I'm looking for a board but I'm first year in University

Mahyar Saeedi I'll give them another day (5 days total) to at least respond. I'm coming up on a month having some serious range anxiety !!
