This is the kind of the course these guys never play - tree-lined, a bit tighter, and your misses are magnified by those trees. Can't miss 20-30 yards left/right and have a line back to the green every hole. Fun to see something different!

old trail is fairly open by central VA standards. Most of the tight holes are on the back though, which is largely featured in this vid. They did their scramble on the front. For some reason, they replayed 1 instead of playing 10 and they started this vid with 11 and 12. 11 is pretty tight and can be hard if you get out of position. You cant see it on the video, but it plays noticeably uphill; I'm sure FP has played the course before but I wasn't surprised when he came up short on the approach (because he seemed to play it a stock 160 when it shouldve been adjusted to 165 or so). tight and can be hard if you get out of position. Most of those trees aren't even really a lateral hazard in a tournament, but that is how we usually play them in casual play. That course's biggest defense is the wind, which can be savage (the Rockfish Valley acts as a natural wind tunnel).
You guys should play 9s / 5-3-1 giving Bob and Cuts a shot a hole. Or do a points game with Bob n Cuts as a scramble. This video was hilarious as always. To the moon 🌙
