I use the hook provided with the machine (the one with the long tip), to pull out the paddle. Just insert the hook through the paddle hole and pull out the paddle.
This brand is from Malaysia, owner is indian, he buys kitchen appliances from China, change name to fancy english name, Russle Taylors..if don't believe can Google russule Taylors from which country haha..the indian owner simply use English name for the brand because we Malaysian get attracted when the brand sound international..good tricks...padahal barang dari china patutlah cepat rosak.
Indian or Malay or Chinese or guai lo is not the issue here. It is normal for entrepreneur to set up factory in china make the product in china, and sell in home country, this is "globalisation", Apple and Tesla and lots of other company also doing that. For the quality, I would say you pay what you get, if you have more budget , then can get a real ang mo brand , Russell Taylor do give 2 years warranty just you to know.
