The reason the frames kept on dropping is bc Fortnite did an update that put everyone on Directx12 instead of Directx11. Hope that helped!!

Should i change my building setting because atm I use the default from season 3. (F1 F2 F3 etc) and i just don't feal like im getting any better.

Change them to what you feel is most comfortable, if you see no progress after weeks of practice then try something new
