- Not understanding the different types of higher time-frame bias' is a key contributor to why so many traders struggle. You MUST have an understanding of where support/resistance, relative strength/weakness and patterns are in order to make money as a trader. Hi Jared, do you trade OPTIONS or only trade STOCKS.... Thanks for sharing your knowledge great stuff, I made that exact mistake today adding to a losing position, and when I was at break even instead of bailing I stayed in took a loss. After looking at the 1 HOUR on NVDA June 11th, 14:00EST the 1 HOUR made a lower high.. and then NVDA dropped the rest of the day.

Jared or Armol question for you. do you ever use the $TICK to gauge market internals? or instead just use QQQ and SPY only trading highly correlated stocks as shown above with relative strength? Or do I LEARN to read the $TICK AND USE the QQQ and SPY? Just curious because there’s tons of different ways to approach being in unison with the market your trading so I heard this somewhere else and would rather follow your advice.

yes...weekly and monthly...daily/weekly for swing...weekly and monthly for core trading.
