Merci pour ces méthodes, car pour ma part, je suis handicapé et je me suis fait agressé à deux reprises. Je ne sais pas m'enfuir, alors ou je subi ou je me défend, donc je préfère me défendre. je voudrais voir des vidéos de défense pour les personnes à mobilité réduite qui ne sont pas spécialement en fauteuil roulant, mais qui sont incapable de courir parce que sclérose en plaque comme moi ou atrophie musculaire, etc. Merci pour tout. PS je suis Belge comme vous, de Liège
