This would probably meet the power needs of a single person in a micro camper if you have 120W solar on the roof and top up via 12v while driving you could run a small fridge box almost indefinatly, its a good out the box solution for a Ford Connect or VW Caddy Maxi for about £650 with solar and fittings.

I have the bigger Poweroak 2400 watt with built in 1000 watt inverter in my van it is all I use now , hooked up the panels on the roof , I only have 2 100 watt panels linked in series to allow the built in MPPT controller to work better with a higher voltage input , Poweroak have a new AC20 ?? due out in September with a 1700 inverter and a lot off new features , it does look very good seen a few pre production reviews .
When you said it reminds me of being a kid and you were down on your knees you reminded me of a kid opening his Christmas presents you're a great bloke love watching your channel is that where you live your house in the beginning.
Hi Mel, great review 👍 About that 160W solar panel you have it will never reach its rated output and in a good day you will be lucky to get close to 120W as is mounted flat on the roof.
Hi Mel, nice to see you have a new toy. Don't expect too much out of it, as it is only rated to a maximum of 300 watts. A typical electric drill can be rated at 700-800 watts or thereabouts, & a circular saw can be up in the 1200w range. It will be good for smaller items such as laptops though. Hope this helps.
It seems a pretty good unit the price seems quite steep but I guess its got a lot of functions and the charging with solar seems a good idea, handy thing to have.. You don't get a 400 quid gadget everyday for free good stuff beats nearly getting your meow meow half inched. I wonder how long it would run the blender for??
Mel you are a diamond, always put a smile on my face... enjoy your power bank buddy, I've got a Beaudens portable solar panel that would go lovely with that! 👍
I live in the jungle of northern Thailand and we have power outages all the time.i built a 90amp battery power box with an inverter and battery charger and a ac extension lead.all cost me £85.

@@BigVanSmallWorld oh, oh! Need your wisdom Mel. I'm doing up an xlwb Sprinter and we all know the problem with their sills.🙄, lol. I'm cleaning the drainage holes, and will be sikaflexing the plastic side panels back on, but is it advisable to pour a load of tar oil or whatever, into the sills to eradicate any water that's in there? Just a thought before I go mad with the sikaflex.🤣🤣

Alright mate, does your bluetti charge up batteries for drills and Impact drivers ok, like dewalt or Stanley fatmax for instance, I'm a builder and often dont have power so looking into something like this. Thanks for your help bud.
Look up will prowse on here, he reviews a bluettii AC 200, it takes about 600w of solar at 150v, it's like 4 of those in one box, I plan on getting one and then use it to plug into the EHU socket, it's capable of 2000w pure sine wave, expensive but it will power up loads of things, I think these devices are way better than a small generator, you can charge it whilst driving and with solar and power your whole van up with it! How about one of those folding table type solar panels rather than a roof mounted panel, you can then angle it to the sun for maximum efficiency, I'm pretty sure the peer bank has a built in mppt controller as well so you can buy the folding panel without a controller, probably for £100!
Looks great Mel I think i will grab one ,, Looks like it will be a good bit of kit for running the fridge outside ,,,,, Cheers R.J.T Traveling the east coast of Australia

@@uptowndisco2 That's good! So many, especially most that are older than six months are not like that. Most manufacturers are regulating now. Don’t you have a media kit to send out to company’s . Check out my web sight and you’ll see what I mean if you want one to send out let me know and we can sort it out
I told you lithium was great Mel, just not the highly flammable type 😂 On a serious note it's way too expensive for what it does and more ideal for camping trips then full time van life.
surely you can use your sola panels your only trickle changing it..... gadget john had some thing similar and he s got more sola than you....... it wont last that long if you use girders and hammer drill on it .... its only built out of plastic...... lol
I'm guessing power tools will drain the power quite quickly even while it's still getting a charge from your solar panel.I have an Allpowers 372Wh .good pieces of kit for low voltage items
THE CATCH..Can't find what ah size lithium it's got inside, if they don't tell you then it ain't good..I could build one a lot cheaper with a bigger better quality battery that charges faster, not all lithium batteries are the same..12V car can only charge PowerOak PS6 to about 40-50% it takes 8-9 hours of full sun to charge with a 100w panel and around 6 hrs to charge on mains.. Only 1000 life cycles...Do your homework people, if you can build a van you can build a high quality power pack cheaper than Chinese sh*te....Punters getting freebies tend to not do in depth reviews, the company knows it..
I only just it I’ll do a proper review once I’ve used it not every one can figure out electrical stuff it’s a safer option for them especially if there weekenders not every one lives in there vans full time

it wont last that long if you use girders and hammer drill on it .... its only built out of plastic...... lol
Lol
I'm guessing power tools will drain the power quite quickly even while it's still getting a charge from your solar panel.I have an Allpowers 372Wh .good pieces of kit for low voltage items
Thank you time will tell this one is 500 wh
Thanks Namdor but most people cannot build a any unit, especially a quality one.
I only just it I’ll do a proper review once I’ve used it not every one can figure out electrical stuff it’s a safer option for them especially if there weekenders not every one lives in there vans full time
Thanks Namdor
135200mAh according to the Amazon link...
