Innova should have taken the left lane with indicators on for a few seconds before turning. The scooty driver might have been puzzled abit, along with his speedy movement. Have to be careful next time

Remember folks, on busy roads, don't speed up to the point where you can't come to a stop in 2-3 seconds. The only fault here is speeding.
However, the Innova is kind of suspicious because we all know that there is a mini-divider at the 3rd mile junction/traffic stop (which says "Choose your lane") while going towards Aramile. So my suspicion is that the Innova was driving on the right hand side (fast lane) after crossing the 3rd mile junction, but upon reaching the gym, he suddenly slowed down and moved to the left-side lane without looking behind.
We can see that the scooty was speeding, but the car and other scooty that followed were also driving in similar speed as the unfortunate scooty guy. I'm not saying the scooty guy is innocent but there's room for scrutiny on the part of the Innova.

@@_hello_dear_ you see, if you've ever encountered such an event personally, you'd realise that a majority of inexperienced drivers start to panic and become incapable of reacting. Brakes don't help most people in this case unless you have a muscle memory for evading such situations

You can't stop your car wherever you want nor can you stop and change your lane wherever you want.
By looking at the CCTV footage the Innova Driver was on 75% of the right side.
#If you want to take a diversion please stay on the right track.
The innova should've took the left lane if he was supposed to turn left and also the scooty rider should've maintained his speed limit. They both are at fault too.

If you see clearly ......dont ever make sudden stop in the middle of the highway. If you had to take a turn ...see on your side wiew mirror, back view mirror ,give a signal dan turn slowly. Dont expect vehicles to drive slowly on the highway and control on such a sudden stop in the middle of the road.. a mistake from both the parties ..be careful everyone

Don't have much knowledge about road rules but I don't think we should blame only the scooty driver as we can clearly see by the footage that innova driver did not took the turning as all driver do, we before arriving our turn we give signa but anyways if possible try talking to the one who's in hospital.
