I did see one or two decent places not in old crime ridden places but 90% were the opposite. Can't wait to leave here. Looking for work out of state. But you seem rich from your videos why are you looking at these houses. Don't you live in a posh house.

Where I looked all over bluebonnet and they were closer to 400,000.. maybe went down since all the flooding haven't looked in two years

Spring Lake at Bluebonnet has homes under $350k. I wish I was rich, I roll up my sleeve everyday and go to work.
