It’s great to see you again Mr Joe. You don’t know how much I appreciate your content as well as got a new notification from your channel.
I couldn’t say anymore what you have done to the 3000GT community. God bless you Mr Joe 🙏
Thanks for demonstrating a repair that all of these 30 year-old cars are going to need sooner or later. Seems like all those plastic connectors get really brittle over time and heat cycles and break when you so much as look at them the wrong way. Fantastic to see you up and around Joe and looking great. You showed Cancer who the boss is! Maybe you will even get a chance to finish up the shock rebuild series for those of us who want to keep our cars all original.
Hey Joe, I swear every time I have a job with my gto or stealth, you make a video about the thing I'm doing or trying to figure out. It's getting uncanny. Great to see you back in action mate
You have helped me more than you know i just got a 91 turbo stealth with more problems than i can deal with.... One day at a time
Awesome to see you still kicking rocks joe!!! Thank you for bringing us on this learning journey
I love your videos they have been so much help for me and my friends here in New Zealand.
Are you able to make a video on the common problems for 4ws power steering etc.
Hey joe im glad your back ive been watching your videos for a while now trying to fix up my own 3000gt and your videos have helped me so much. I was wondering if you ran into this issue but i have a 1992 mitsubishi 3000gt vr4 and the problem it has is the display on the a/c unit is not showing up. It works but you do not see the display any advice or video you can do on it please and thank you.
Good to see you, Mr.Joe~~
Great to see another upload, just bought my 91 TT GTO and these videos are brilliant
Wow! This is my exact problem. Thank you for the video. Any advice on how to replace a pin if the wire broke, and I can't use the wire to pull the pin out?
Hi, I own a GTO that needs lots of work and I am finding your videos really handy and informative. Only one question where do you get your parts from? I’m really struggling to get even the most basic of parts. Thanks Kenny
I try mitsubishi first and then ask on the forum.
Brilliant video. Thanks!
Thanks for posting!!!
Love the content do you plan on making a vaccun line video more or less along thr lines for cruise control and such
The diagram for vacuum lines is located under the hood.
Mate hope you can help with my issue
Hello my friend! Will there be a clutch replacement video?
As soon as I have a car that needs a clutch.
Good morning Mr. Joe,
I have a 3000gt 1gen 92 to restore, and I need some parts of the interior and exterior, would you have spare parts and could you send it to spain?
Top work! Im getting ready to re-pin a few wires for the cam and crank sensors and i gotta go between metripak terminals and these mitsubishi terminals.
Where did you source these terminals from?
I spend many hours online and writing emails to source parts from around the world. I also pay a company in the far East to source parts for me.
@@3000GTGTORestoration I'm looking for the body connector and pins. Can you share where to find these?
@@hectoralmaguer9901 if you join and contribute to the forum, you will get access to my personal website that has many of these parts. You can also try mitsubishi or search the Internet the same way that I do.
👏👏👏👏
Where do I get my TCM fixed mine went out and my 3000gtsl is stuck in 1st gear
sir i own a dodge stealth and it’s about the same process although i have a base model, my ac compressor is beginning to click because the freely spinning bolt? stops and then spins and stops and spins making the clicking noise, do you have a video of replacing the ac compressor? when the ac is turned on it makes my rpm’s fluctuate and sometimes when i come to a suddenly stop and push the clutch in the car will stall, usually at slow speeds with ac on, any advice or things to check?
I am not a mechanic and can't give any advise on fault finding. You should contact a professional person on this matter.
That's the hard way to do the job. The easy way is to get the plug and tail from someone's partout and join the wires with solder.
Solder breaks. Use an environmental splice to join the wires together. If you don't care about having a modified looking wire harness.
@@JulianVR4 Solder only ever breaks when you do it wrong, from a telecomms engineer of over 40 years experience.
@@1magnit tbh it really wouldn't matter if it was something like a power or ground wire, but for anything thats a sensor signal wire (cam/ crank ) or something that has a resistor behind it (IAT, barometer, TPS, coolant, etc) then I would absolutely refrain from using solder.
@@JulianVR4 You don't know WTF you're talking about. How do you think telephones used to work?
@@1magnit and you're a mad old man getting heated on a RUclips comment section
