You didnt mention why the the teddy bears are in cod. The Teddy bear was one of the devs childs favorite stuffed animal and she passed away in the making of cod 2 so they added them as tribute

The devs had said it was a running joke among the team during the development of Cod 1 and found it's way into the game.
At this point it's hard to figure out which one is real.

1:27:25 green light. My personal thought on that was it's referencing the green light posts from BO2s Tranzit where if you had a denizen on your head and took it to the green light it would create a portal that you could use to teleport randomly in the map
The only one i found that i never saw other ppl know about was if on black ops 1 der riese, you shoot the LAW rocket launcher at the moon after a couple seconds you see a little flash come off the moon as if the rocket actually made contact.
Dunno if it's related but on almost every zombies map there are some red dots in the moon which is actually Griffin Station which is where the map Moon takes place, those might be the blinking dots you're seeing

You forgot my favorite lol. When you're on the roof of the prison in mob of the dead, I don't remember exactly where to look, but if you look through a sniper scope you get jump scared by a zombie

In the "Numbers" mission from Black Ops 1, after you interrogate Dr.Daniel Clarke, you can find a picture on the wall of Clarke S. Nova.. who sings some zombie songs in Black Ops 2 (Carrion, We all fall down, Archangel) and also in BO3, BO4 and the Die Maschine song in Cold War

There are also teddy bears in 2 of the campaign missions which give you health if picked up
That sewer room with the rat also gave kaizer bears which were hilariously dangerous grenades that ricochet all over the place

I’d say it’s mostly a reference to the fact that Alex mason in the bo campaigns was brainwashed and saw numbers and Hudson always said what do the numbers mean
You missed one on keno if you know if the door that’s right next to the double tap, you can get a secret song You have to knife the door a certain certain amount of times then you get a voice quote and then you have to go play hide and seek a teddy bear that can spawn on any of the chairs in the map

Wanted to comment another appearance of the number 115 that's in BO1. When playing a multiplayer gamemode that involves bombs, like in search and destroy, the code your character inputs to plant the bomb is 115

I'm not sure if I'm crazy but in the remake of Crash for MW2, right outside of the map where there is a broken road barrier, it seems the broken pieces write something out on the ground. Never seen anyone mention it so I'm not sure if I'm just reaching or not. Also on the map Karachi, in the diner, there are some pretty interesting items on the menu.
