Carlton played so incredibly well. They look very good.
Yes in form team at the moment but I can see the blues struggling in the finals if they manage to get there.
@@paulkyriakopoulos3444 Based on their current form coming into finals, why do you see them suddenly struggling?
@@PlonkyTonks Because thats what Carlton do best
@@PlonkyTonks They haven't played Finals footy in 10 years and don't have many players with Finals experience either. The likes of Geelong, Western Bulldogs, Greater Western Sydney Giants and Sydney would have an absolute field day or night with them. Adelaide and Essendon would be the only teams they could defeat in an Elimination Final.
@@taliamason7986 I've got news for you Talia. A final is no different to any other game, you have to tick all the same boxes to win one. Plenty of teams with little to no finals experience have done well in the finals over the years, ultimately it comes down to who wants it the most, and arguably a long finals drought could provide plenty of motivation.
You have to score more points than Collingwood to beat them.
Genius
How do you know this?
I think we've found the next Geelong or Gold coast coach, congratulations 🎊
Lololololol thanks for the chuckles dude lololololol.
Nostradamus !
This game had more to do with Carlton then it had to do with Collingwood. Pies are flag favourites while the blues are on a different path to finding some finals success. Was a great game from the blue boys. I hate the pies but I do respect their hustle.
Every time someone beats or comes close to beating collingwood, these journos go THIS IS THE BLUEPRINT TO BEAT COLLINGWOOD 🤯🤯
Pies will learn from it. Probably time for big mason to step off the field for a bit. Players need to be more accountable. Teams tend to get very complacent when they're on top for most of the year. Big weekend of upsets so Pies aren't the only ones.
I guess Collingwood supporters feel less wobbly with all the upsets I guess dude. Bottom line the magpies needed this loss to stir up the players.
Mason should stay
mason cox has a couple good games of footy under his belt, but should not be in the top 18 of this collingwood side if they want to win the flag. playing cox over players like billy frampton or ash johnson is an absolute kick in the shins for the team.
September is just around the corner. The Colliwobbles are coming
tj only telling browny to move it on because hes salty collingwood got outplayed for 4 quarters
I think Carlton won because they got more points...I dunno might be wrong
Lololololol genius comment.
This is revolutionary
Just too good.
Lol they dont realize travel the week before to port adelaide and winning in the rain had major toll on this loss lol
keep sooking. carlton battered the pies for 3 quarters and thats that
missing some weeks? it’s a 5 day recovery
8:16 is how they best the pies. shouldve been 14:10
Collingwood didn’t kick straight and missed crucial shots at goal too. Carlton played well though but they won’t win the flag
And who will win the premiership dude.
@@paulkyriakopoulos3444 it’s hard to say really. On current form I’d say Collingwood but I’m really not sure. Who do you think will win it?
@babylemonade2868 collingwood or Melbourne. I don't support either, but I think they are the beat Chance
@@gregzerovonic2198 me either I’m a west coast supporter. Was nice to get a win today and I’d say Melbourne as well. They are coming good at the right time👍
@@babylemonade2868 my crystal ball says it's Collingwood all the way and if they don't then it's failure for the club and its supporters.
Collingwood weren't mentally prepared for a Carlton team that hasn't played that well since 2001.
Ask the Question - Where were the Collingwood Players most of the night. Carlton were allowed to roam on their own too much.
You are absolutely correct bro. I'm sure macfly will get stuck into the players this week. I wouldn't wanna be the gawks next game pie will come out fast and will smash the gawks.
@@paulkyriakopoulos3444they didn’t 😂
@@Insidejokesgamin and sweet sixteen lololololol. 😁😉😁😉😘🤩😍😂😀😄🙃😁😁😁😁😁1️⃣6️⃣ enjoy. And for you a tissue cry cry and cry and cry and cry.
So you’re telling me.. if you score more points than the opposition.. you win the game? 🤯
Carlton outplayed the pies all night but if Collingwood was slightly more accurate they would’ve still won that game tbh, so as impressive of a win as it was they really only just won
Carlton could've said exactly the same thing when Collingwood beat them in Round 23 last season to deny them a finals berth. The team that scores more points when the final siren sounds wins, not the team that would have been in front if they'd kicked more accurately.
At the start of the year it was Cameron who there is no better player than now it's Curnow who theirs no better player than.
They throw away accolades like peanuts... Every week there's 6 new best players in the comp, or most exciting.. they should just stick to phrases like "he's one of the most exciting players to watch"
And look at what's happened to Cameron ever since he allowed all of that talk to get inside of his head about him being the competition's best player.
De Goey needs to go back to where he shines, forward line, Mitchell was hired to be a midfielder, time he shows that
Geez ud think the blues just won the granny
Well the demons already showed how to beat the pies but yeah this is how you beat the pies.
Hoping the Pies can bounce back. Kickin goals? That’s not going to win you the game.
Carlton scrapped through to win due to inaccurate Collingwood goal kicking. It isn’t anything other than that.
Chewie on yaaaa booooot
😂😂😂
Carlton OUT played phagpies.....simple as that...
But pies DIDNT kick straight....AND LOST !!!!!
SIMPLE AS THAT....
@andyk2921, you mean flagpies?
Did you not watch the game?? The blues dominated for three and a half quarters
All it takes is all our forwards missing the entire night
And complete domination for three quarters by Carlton
Bad kicking is bad football.
@@mattpertile6939good thing it won’t happen again is what he’s saying
Amazing thing is it's happened a couple of time to Collingwood and they've still won. Most of the year the Pies opponents have been inaccurate.
There forward 50 pressure wasn’t good, Collingwood made stupid errors and mistakes when kicking it. Pretty obvious
Nathan Brown is explaining what Carlton did to beat Collingwood and then shows all Collingwood errors 🤦♂ Carlton were the better team, won more clearances, but Collingwood made a lot of simple errors that cost them greatly and a lot of their players were well down on the night.
Haha turn it up. Carlton stymied collingwoods ball movement and collingwoods freakish and unsustainable accuracy reverted to more normal numbers.
Harry McKay should be traded, unless he can kick a straight drop punt from 30 out, he goes.
Yes good luck resting all your stars against West Coast to play a team that travelled and played the top of the table blockbuster and had the flu rip through the club, I'm sure that'll happen again in the finals right?
They had 1 first team player out, blues had 3 first team players out. 💀
@@big_adam_saad8849 That means absolutely nothing when the flu has ripped through one of the clubs and they are coming off the game of the year interstate
@@steve8510 literally 3 players got the flu and only one of them was out 😂😂
@@big_adam_saad8849 Pfft keep kidding yourself, they'll have the weeks rest in the finals like you had against West Coast and you'll be humiliated again like you were in the final round last year
Nathan Murphy's staging is a problem👎🏽
There would be some forwards around the league, scratching their heads, wishing they got 10% of the free kicks that freekickCurnow gets
Moore can't play one out. If you grab the guy in a headlock it usually ends in a free kick. Moore was spooked and couldn't handle the pressure.
yeah nah curnow dismantled that back 6 on friday night. no other way around it
July premiers as usual. 😂😂😂🤡🤣💀
Carlton? Correct. That was their GF. It made absolutely no difference to Collingwoods season
Carlton are pretenders. The last few wins are putting paper over the cracks. Mediocre team that best port who had half the team out and Collingwood who had the umpires against them and couldn't kick straight
Port had Dixon, Horne Francis and Willie Rioli out 😂😂. Horne Francis barely does anything these days, Rioli and Dixon will make like a 3 goal difference, blues won by 50 points. Also the blues had a few big outs as well, and we were missing Mckay, Walsh and Kennedy against Collingwood, they just had Bobby Hill out. Blues also dominated most of the game against the pies, so to say that the pies lost because of inaccuracy is ridiculous. And even if you want to say that, the blues had more shots on goal in the first game that the blues and pies played earlier in the year.
22 free kicks and 3 50m penalties to 17 and none Collingwood's way, and you still reckon the umpires were against them? Cope harder, princess.
As a pies supporter there's a couple of things I cannot understand. Why we persist with Cox. And why we got rid of Grundy. And yes, if you like watching a diver, then Kurno is your man...
Lol he’s not a diver every free kick awarded was clearly there. Moore had hands all over him
The problem is Moore not Curnow. If you have a superior athlete in Curnow then you need to call for more assistance, rather than grab and obstruct at every opportunity. Moore will learn as a leader about asking for help
Curnow held Moore in every contest I was at the game
Soft free kicks for a big forward who couldn’t buy a contest win
@@RyanQuinn0397he deserved all of them. Don't give away frees then you won't have to sook
Sook some more. 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
