The issue can be that if we seek power, but have power, filthiness and sin in our lives and no concecreated life, then it can be another spirit ... u can pray 24 hours too but if our heart are wrong stance, what is the result...isnt that risk of deception? Personally if i pray, the reason i do it i want to grow closer to Jesus, its not about energy, or power, i dont seek new age occultism, but Jesus is nr 1, holiness. But people want power and something else then Jesus, thatswhy i have this fear that people go astray, coz we have pride and self seeking, self benefit, its still self level
We need to be careful with our hearts, and also what God we follow, some sadly are satanist and pagan Gods worshipper they also pray in tongues, but this power is small copare to true Gods and hes gift of tongue for belivers in Jesus

It actually does have the same effect. Focus is the most important thing in prayer not actually timing 🙏. Timing is very important but Focus is more important. So it is important we find balance between the two
