Thanks for pointing this out to me but I still stand by what I wrote and to add I do believe the dress distraction also go's for the brothers also. While she didn't allow it to affect her singing, you could tell she was pretty uncomfortable as she consistently tugged at her clothing...
My pastor used to tell us ladies, '(when the Spirit of the Lord is moving) you don't want to be caught wearing anything that would prohibit the move of the Holy Ghost!' You have need to be ready 'in season and out of season' - for you never know when you may be called upon to minister before the Lord and before His people.
