Ladies, you both look so beautiful and fit! 🎉 I’m struggling a bit with my weight. Since I reached my late 40’s, my metabolism has really slowed down. Could you share what you do to stay in such great shape?
Well neither one of us exercise however we both do intermittent fasting. We also both try to eat healthy but I specifically stay away from high cholesterol foods, while Kelli really watches her sugar. Hope this helps. ❤️

Yes, I wear them without socks. So the trick to the sneakers is you lift up the bottom cushion insert (most of them lift right up and you tuck the extra laces under the insert so that you don't even feel them. It works perfectly!
