On an average 600-700 rank goes for OBC.
Room ke bhar Bike parking facilities bi hoti h kya? and bike use kar sakte room to iitd for non hostel students?
Use kr skteho, pr agar tum jia me rehe raheho to bike ki jarurat nahi padegi.

For M.Tech the avg base package is around 15 - 16Lpa and the CTC is around 20-22Lpa.
You can seat for both core and non core profiles.

Facility charge is part of hostel fees, which need to pay every semester if you are taking hostel.
