Why I have so much problem with no place for me to enter a comment, I do not know. I checked Amazon about a week ago and Daphne's Diary magazines have gone up $5 since the summer. Are now $34.99. Good grief?

Acrylic paint + pva + baby powder = gesso 😁 gesso + more baby powder = texture paste 😁. Love the delicate colour of the spices! The tea and markers work so well! Love the eyeshadow too 💖🤗

You can take those dried out markers and take the felt tip out and put it in a stray bottle with rubbing alcohol. It makes alcohol ink sprays.

You should try crafting with coffee filters you spray alcohol ink it looks like tie dyes

After watching this marta i thought if you can take time to help ppl start crafting.then i went out boughg some pens.paints book glue and mGZine for flowers.i started crafting thank you marta now bit by bit i bought supplies gesso etc off amazon and your books 8 i bought and cannot be happier.my husband says are we giong out. ? In 10 mins i say when i have finished my progect lol thank you so much im artistic in other ways so now you gave me the push i love it and surprised myself.so content so relaxing my huge thank you 🇬🇧

love the idea of incorporating spices into projects!!!! My mind is spinning Poppy seeds! Sesame seeds (toasted, plain- light beige ones, even black varieties)! Paprika! Color options, texture.... WOW!!!!

You amaze me. I was wondering how you could possibly make anything half way nice but you are so positive. You are talking to me. I have more than 1,000 k American money in mixed media n art supplies not including any stamps or dies. I have not tried. Not cuz I’m afraid so much as they are not organized n it bothers me so much. I know it’s crazy. I loved the first heart you cut from music paper it was so perfect. The edges of the music paper is perfect.

this takes me back to a science lesson on chromatography. we would make a small circle in the centre of a filter paper with a black water based marker (i think coffee filters may work, or blotting paper) then slowly drop water on the top. the pigment would separate and make beautiful patterns. black markers were the best as they were a mixture of different pigments x

This is a super cool and the end piece looks lovely! I also wast to say I love your video intro. It is so special and carefully done. ❤️❤️On another note I was also brainstorming on something nice to create (vday related) and I ended up doing a silhouette art picturing a couple and experimented with acrylic pouring for the very first time. I really had a lot of fun with it.

I have to admit that when you started, I thought this could be a disaster waiting to happen. LOL! But you sprinkled your Marta magic on it and pulled a rabbit out of the hat!!! If you have old felt tip pens,you can use the insides,you know,open the bottom and use that ink,I know,I'm strange
Just curious. Using spices, are you spraying the piece afterward with a fixative? Just in case, as mold could possibly grow, since it is a food item. Thanks!

Love this,im doing crafting on a budget on my fb group too,so many have lost their jobs so nice to do things that make them happy without the cost, a tip on the white acrylic just add a bit of school glue and some corn flour or baby powder and you have gesso.

Marta i have come to the conclusion that you can use anything and turn it into a masterpiece, I gotta say that this is my #1 MOST FAV of all the no supply projects... Amazing... Ty i had soooooo much fun crafting with you on this one 👍👍👍 I hope you will be doing lots more... I had an idea... What about using a Vinyl record and alter it with household supplies?? Thank you for these videos! It truly shows everyone can do this. Just get up and do it! We all can with what we have. When I first started getting " art supplies" i went to the dollar store and slowly grew my small collection now and it has really inspired my children as well. The dollar store now has so many amazing supplies. Every holiday or once in awhile I will go and get Holiday themed wood pieces and grab a few extra canvases and bring my girls with me and they will choose their " special " thing to paint for that time. Anyway we are very resourceful and can do anything with anything we just need to know that we can do it and be told we can. Sometimes we do need a reminder of that. Thanks again. I love butterflies! but by just watching the video I am embracing this journey with you...I wouldn't have put my butterfly in the heart (my preference from the inspiration from you) My butterfly (as I love them so much) would have gone on the page around the heart! I am very sorry. We decided to take a small break. Running a busy business from home, looking after our 2 daughters and trying to cope with everything else can be exhausting and overwhelming.
