I’m said this before somewhere else. How about this move the Cowboys trade Mike McCarthy to Pittsburgh for Mike Tomlin. Both are serious and expense coach’s with long history . Both won a Super Bowl. Both are winning coaches. I think the trade would work they get McCarthy‘s from Pittsburgh who is a Pittsburgh native and McCarthy gets to go home and Tom gets a fresh start with Dallas and he’s the perfect head coach for the Cowboys.
