I just found your channel because I hike the trail next to the Hayward Plunge a lot. In fact, my husband and I hiked it yesterday. I’ve heard of it being haunted, but haven’t seen anything, but when we bring our dog there, she always drags her feet at the trailhead. We start at Memorial park, and we had to drag her where the gate is. Kind of strange… Anyways, I was looking at your other videos and just came across this one. I lived in San Jose for a long time before moving to SF and now Hayward. I mostly lived downtown and my last place was in little Portugal. That church was across the street. I lived on Santa Clara and 22nd. Good times. 😊
It sounds like you liked all over the Bay Area Area! Very cool! And about Hayward Plunge, I read there is a very old, now private cemetery that right by the start of the trail. I believe that is where it is haunted. Your dog is able to sense it! xx
LOL. .Even my mother corrects me on my Portuguese pronunciations. . .very adamant I get it right. There's no other way. :) pronunciation. .very important.
