    Oh ladies this is awesome! Truly loving this Dec playlist. From my regular strength training this is such a nice change. The side plank moves were nice and challenging. I can’t wait to do this again. Can’t wait to see what else you come up with. ❤❤❤

    I’m trying so hard to like pilates but…I just hate the lying leg kicks and crap. I would rather do deadlifts, hip thrusts, squats, lunges lol. I wanted so badly to like pilates but the balance required to make the movements worthwhile just frustrates me to no end. I DO love the mobility/stretch sequences and checked out some from Marie now that I liked. I just have to accept that I don’t enjoy pilates I suppose but that’s a personal preference and tons of ppl love it.
