I’m trying so hard to like pilates but…I just hate the lying leg kicks and crap. I would rather do deadlifts, hip thrusts, squats, lunges lol. I wanted so badly to like pilates but the balance required to make the movements worthwhile just frustrates me to no end. I DO love the mobility/stretch sequences and checked out some from Marie now that I liked. I just have to accept that I don’t enjoy pilates I suppose but that’s a personal preference and tons of ppl love it.
How many rounds of circuits are in 25 minutes? Can you please add the timestamps of the 25 minute workout video which would be easy? Thank you so much!
