How to replace Tilting Lock Mechanism.

This is a quick video on how to replace the Tilting Lock Mechanism on a Premier 2.0 Liter Tilting Wet Grinder and Also on a Premier Chocolate Refiner 10 lbs machine. Both these machines use a similar locking system and it is pretty straight forward to replace the latch in case if it is damaged in transit.
