I love those little containers from the dollar tree! They’re perfect for baby food! I can put one serving for my six month old in them and they fit perfectly in a diaper bag .
Adding maple syrup or agave is a way to get the sweetness as well, especially if you’re vegan/vegetarian. Also a quick way to pump up foods is adding flax, chia [which we love], nutritional yeast, various nuts, etc. simple ways to add a little more!!

When you work retail you often dream of doing this but often I feel stuck and don’t exactly know what my older children would want. Although I’m meatless I can definitely sub my faux meat in your recipes if making for myself😊 Thank you so much for sharing!!!
We make our taco soup with ground hamburger meat, taco seasoning, rotel, black beans, and kidney beans. We always leave out the corn because I’ve never liked it. We also just use water instead of broth

I've made that taco soup as well except I use shredded chicken instead and while I'm boiling the chicken I add carrots and celery in there but I blend them separately and then add to soup. My kids wont eat veggies so that's a good way to hide them. I also add a can of mild green enchilada sauce and it's perfect 😋😋
I love making tacos and chicken tortilla soup. I'm not a fan of spicy stuff, but will use mild Rotel and salsa. They have nice flavor without the spice.
