Does anyone know if a member of public can ask for a burglary police report in Southern california?
I'm pretty sure it varies by state but I'm trying to ascertain the legality of being forced to use a standardized form instead of a direct email to the custodian of open records of the government entity I am requesting here locally. The best I can interpret from the Kentucky open records and meeting at and its Provisions that after June 29th 2021 The Forum came about through the Attorney General's office but it is optional to use as long as your request is made in writing in the form of an email to the custodian of Records
Do everything government related in person and I advise you record the entire thing with your phone. It's your first amendment right to record, and you'll have a massive lawsuit WHEN (not if) they stop your recording and violate your rights under the 1st amendment free press. You ARE the press in America.
How would I go about asking for all records from my probation transfer as far as correspondence between probation officers transfer request and anything at all with my name on it? Any help on how to go about asking that

Hwy all i am on probation in florida for a middemwnaor dui. My dui was in colorado. I had my probation transfered from colorado to florida. How would i go about requesting anything and everything that had my name on it and all transfer paperwork between probation officers as well as any notes between them or any other court employees. The colorado ofdicer lied on my transfer paper work. So how do i get all that as far as asking right
