When your mid section blotted like that, is so dangerous. It means the liver is becoming fatty. (Fatty liver in medical terms). My simple advice is anytime your mid section starts blotting, the first thing u should do is cut down your carbs, especially sugary foods. Second do more exercise and lose weight.
