I headcannon him as being able to shift between types of birds for his wings. Poultry man is a chicken after all. Not quite a shape shifter as he can’t change his whole body, but pretty close as he can change just enough to make him unrecognizable while wearing different clothes . It is true being a normal shapeshifter would just give Grian too much power tho lmao

Mumbo: (Soul Splitting and eating it flashbacks) “did I just start sharing a soul with a chaotic shapeshifter without knowing?”
Gem: (inter-dimensional celestial shapeshifter) “So we’re just gonna pretend we didn’t see that and go to a different safer dimension.”
Scar: (Wondering if Grian could turn into a cat) “why didn’t you tell me?!”

@@DemisesVoidOk so basically, Grian loves to shapeshift, he got that ability from the whole watcher thing, and he likes to shapeshift into parrots (pesky bird) sometimes but his favorite person to shift into is Mumbo and he likes to cause chaos like that. He can shift so he doesn’t have wings but his true form has wings, also he can shift into different bird wings (he does that to become Poultry man) it’s still a bunch of scrambled thoughts but I’m working on it

i get rid of one of grians wings and add a wing onto the other person :)
it needs alot of adjusting but it works pretty well i think !
