Hi Jarrett. I know this video is old. But I needed to comment on your question, so maybe I could get guidance. For myself, I struggle with social Media, because I dread social media. So the most frustrating thing for me it getting my social media set up for my travel business. I can market my own business with all the free media. BUT! setting it up correctly according to compliance, is a bit scary for me. I don't really know what I am doing.
It's always scary when you first start but as long as you follow the directions of the compliance video you will be fine. There's always going to be a new tip or trick that you will learn whether it's from a training video or from a video you see online but again as long as you are following the rules of the compliance video you should be fine.
So why only 2 platforms? Is that because of the time involved in managing each platform? And if so, have you looked at some of the social media management tools out there? I had an endeavor which pretty much required me to be on all major platforms. So I used a tool to be able to write one post and push it to each different platform.
That's a great question. I say only two platforms because with all of the training, marketing and handling clients that most agents are doing you don't want to get overwhelmed with that and posting on all social platforms. I agree with you there are tools you can use to push 1 post to all platforms but i've learned that your audience is different on each platform so what works on one platform may or may not work on another.
What’s the most frustrating thing about posting on social media?
I can’t wait to get my set up to start recording lol. Love your content.
