Hemic Thank you! I personally dislike when people sprint by things in videos because it messes with the pacing. So whenever I have the time, ability, and admittedly patience, I'll clear things out first. It takes longer to record the video but I like the result. Central Yharnam, though, is a huge pain in the ass.

Thanks this helped. I thought you had to picked up by the amygdala next to the Church which is what I did. It took me a long time before I realised I had unknowingly entered The Old Hunters DLC like 30 levels too early.

FlareZero This means that you killed Rom. A lot of NPC's either vanish or start acting strangely after that. If he's gone that means you will have to wait until later when you are taken there automatically by the story progression.
Did you go to the exact house in the video in the Forbidden Wood for the stone already?

You might have to fight someone there, it happened to me. It was a lady in raven clothing. After you defeat her you can use it again.
