I love watching the Gurkhas doing their drill especially when they are doing it at their normal faster pace. Just like the light infantry and the green jackets do
When the Gurkhas are part of a larger guard of regular line troops, they march at the same pace as they do. To do otherwise would be ridiculous, especially if there was a military band involved.
Ну..., это не парад, разумеется, но это парадный развод многочисленного караула (который рассчитан на комплекс зданий или одно, но большое здание). Все равно это любопытно и познавательно.

Grand lads as my dad used to say , not to be messed with. God bless them all. xxx

Beautiful people, incredible soldiers. X
Love the Gurkhas. ❤️🇦🇺
Total respect for these soldiers 👏👏👏👏
Amazing soldiers.
The Gurkha form of dismounted drill is different than that of the Regular Army troopers. No stamping of feet.
Gurkhas !! Not to be messed with !!
I go to a Curry House run by Ex Army Gurkhas.
Never seen any trouble in there, they don't take shit.
Interesting that a single command triggers a sequence of movements, rather than isolate each movement with separate commands, as we do. It looked good
I have respect for all of the guards ♥️🥰😍🥺☺️
Pride.....Pure pride!!!
Good boys.
Great video. Love from Vietnam!
Gurkhas! Extraordinary people, extraordinary soldiers.
They are not to be messed with!!!
Some of the best .We owe them so much .
If you are in battle and these guys are your enemies if you hear them scream then you better run like hell lol
Lindos e muito disciplinados.
The Gurkhas are world Renowned military soldiers. Unbeatable.
I have to say, top warriors you want as allies, they got a strong fighting spirit. I hate to be the enemy facing these courageous soldiers
Perfection personified ❤

Check out Gurkha selection in Nepal . Hard , very hard .
Forgive me if I'm wrong but shouldn't they be marching at Light Infantry pace
I think you’ll find because of public duties it’s normal marching pace. Not sure what they would do if their regimental band was on parade
Done enough public duties myself it was just an observation as they are doing light infantry arms drill 💂♂️@@geoffmitchell6515
They usually do.
@@leemorris6996 They do march at light drill pace but when on the forecourts etc they do the standard drill

Note each trooper has his Kukri strapped behind his right waist.
At EASE! Smoke am if you got 'am

This is for news to me. (Это всё в новинку для меня.)
Place them on himalayan region
Seems sought after by both societies, the relations
They look the smartest in the British army.

@@applecounty Yes but I'm talking about the officer at 18:40 the woman is reporting to. Looks like he's an officer and he's in charge.

There certainly are Nepali officers in The Royal Gurkha Rifles - in 2014 Yam Bahadur Rana was promoted to lieutenant colonel.
@applecounty gurkhas aren't Muslim 🤣
