So my grasp of the story, which I adore by the way. A "Pastor chosen by the Gods" is in love with a woman and in the beginning swears to protect her in the name of the Lord. As he goes about his priestly duties, he is constantly tempted by the Goddess of Death as she knows how fickle humans are when it really comes down to it in terms of their "lust for power." However, his love is prosecuted for being a witch and burned at the stake. This puts doubt in his mind, asking if God really sees this as just, as she had no reason to die. The temptress sees this as a moment where his resolve is weakened and strikes, causing the pastor to sacrifice his (I believe) right hand, symbolic of him becoming her right hand in order to achieve vengeance for the one that he lost. Asking if she'll be able to bring him deliverance, as she revels in her victory. Again I might be wrong but if it turns out this is the story I can't WAIT to see how this continues and I applaud you for such a flawless telling of this pastors tale.

How am I only discovering this now I?? I love the visuals and editing so much and the feel/flow of the translated lyrics. It’s not too literal while also preserving the tone of the song and has such a nice rhythm. I tend to be pretty picky with English covers but the storyline and everything completely transforms the song (which, by the way, is one of my favorite Vocaloid songs) and I’m genuinely so impressed just wowwowow... Don’t even get me started on the wonderful vocals 😭 🖤 Like damn, you can draw, edit, AND sing? So much skill. Definitely going to be watching this on repeat for a while. Everyone did so well!
