Great video! I love your content Tiffany. For anyone who may be interested to know that Botox is a neurotoxin that actually crosses the blood brain barrier. It came up for me in a bioresonance test done by my naturopath years later (after I did it twice in small amounts for my forehead). It can affect and weaken the the cranial nerves- optic, trigeminal… the things I learned about Botox since diving down into holistic health have been enough to deter me from ever ever doing it again. Gua sha is amazing and preventative ladies. There’s facial yoga and facial taping overnight to relax wrinkles. For anyone who’s interested in this into…. Botox looks amazing for those who enjoy it. Omg the Botox talk 🤣🤣😂😂😂😂🤣🤣 I get it lol. I think when people start doing the lips, they THINK it wears off but we can see it didn’t so they get more. It’s like once people do, lips or face filler it seems like they hit a point where they can no longer see their face changing. I don’t know if that makes sense lol.
How about drink plenty of water? Eat healthy? Workout? Those are preventative. Have a nice simple skin routine and use sunscreen. Why can’t women just age? Let it be. I’m 34 years old and decided to let my gray grow out so in a year I can achieve that icey gray look. I will never do Botox nor fillers especially since I have a daughter and don’t want her to feel like those things are necessary. We are beautiful without all the extra filters and makeup

I started doing Botox at 36. I felt like it didn't make sense until signs of aging started up and still feel fine with that. But I would say go as soon as you notice lines forming. For me it was my forehead. Just saw some faint lines. Mine has worn off totally right now and personally I find that my forehead is still smooth no sign of the lines, but I know they'll see them soon if I don't get my botox touched up soon. It's like you have a grace period 😂I haven't ever touched my lips. I feel like most white women just look unnatural with giant lips. It looks like a vag planted on the mouth. Yuck. Tiffany's is the least bothersome to me because she seems to go light on it. But still just not for me! Botox is awesome though.

Please just don't end up with that duck look With the lips like everyone seems to have... I think your lips look great now they don't need to look any bigger! You'll start to take on that look like so many who have lip injections do DUCK LIPS. I think that's what happens with injectables, you don't realize because you don't let yourself go back to how you naturally were so it just keeps turning in to more and more

@@joyde2792 i agree ... I have a friend who did the lip filler and botox and then covid happened and loss of income and with 5ish yrs of doing all the different fillers she has a bit of sagging skin more so than before eyes forehead laugh line and lips for 36 she looks like she is in her mid 40's.
It's her choice! I think she looks great! Not like some people in the beauty community who look like completely different people now due to all the botox and injectables.
