+Ioic .B Yes, typically you should round-off and twist in the same direction for ease. It is not "wrong" just uncommon. I round-off right and twist left. If the form in the round-off is clean and the set is properly executed then there is no difference in the twist other than looks. For starters, typically they do say that you should round-off and twist the same way though. And to +Mark Noleson It would make you "lose" spin if you round-off left and twist right in that it makes it slightly more difficult on takeoff if you do not have experience with the pass.
По моемому обычная спортивная гимнастика . посмотрите что профи творят на помосте на кольцах , ничего сверх не увидел , техника вообще неряшливая . парень занимается для себя видимо не прошел в отбор в нац сборную
насчет техники ты не прав,он делает все довольно технично,носочки тянет рондат не кривой,гимнасты примерно на этом же уровне, если не брать в расчет кольца,ибо этот парень на них не занимается(потому что он блять не гимнаст а тумблер,может черлидер ,хуй разберет)
РОМА АКЕНЬШИН,высказывай свою точку зрения,более адекватно,не оскорбляй людей без веской на то причины.И да ,ты не прав гимнасты повторят 4 назад,и связки тоже повторят(посмотри видео с олимпийских игр)
