I see 3 ways on how to deal with these shield. 1 is with ceremonial pipe. 2 is with a regular shield break attack. 3 is with boar stance.
I see how MK Mobile gradually becomes a "duty" in daily life. I remember when I played Mortal Kombat on NES, SNES or N64... there was no such graphics. But also no tasks, no "pay to win" and no addiction. At that time MK was pure fun and enjoyment. All u needed to win was Skill.

Classic Sonia with tribal head Band break shield for longer time to whole team and they take a lot damage with special attacks with your stronger fighter, works very good for me

I recently got Freddy Krueger and demon bat. Now I'm only missing killer jacket
so I beat this tower with a weak dot team and it's amazing ..and I got freddy and noob saibot brutality
I'm happy about the reward

I got my first fusion of MK 11 Scorpion from battle 100 in Nightmare tower. Now he is melting everything 💀

He gets better as he fuses more, mine at f6 plays the toughest fatal towers

I did it in 5 or 6 tries, with Maxed KC Johnny Cage, Klassic Kano, and Klassic Reptile. Cage and Kano had tower gear, reptile had brutality gear set for the people who had resurrection. Btw klassic kano is underated. If he gets his stuns on attack, it negates people like Assassin Jade and Nightmare Jason, they cant evade when their stunned. Klassic Kano low key carried me thru this tower

Use ceremonial pipe. You can steal all the shield
Star its easy to do it in 1 try, to klassic liu (support) give ceremonial pipe, with klassic rain do 2 times sp 2 to do team soak and injustice raiden with his brutality gear, after second sp2 when they team soaked and without shields they´re done
Are towers all about controlling fights? Is that why LegendaS is the greatest MK Mobile player?
Cause if it is, this is why I don’t participate in towers. I don’r have that intelligence

You had to use ceremonial pipe for stealing shield otherwise takes too much times
When i fight this i use the shield break uncommon klassic tower piece. Mainly because i use special attacks every 2 combos so its useful

I didn't get any epic drop either, I don't have killer jacket, but I've rather have the ones with damage.

2nd round I got leatherface and demon bat
got in 1 try (1:59 Seconds) Using Cassie covert ops, johnny and Scorpion Strike Force (Friendship Set) didnt like the reward thou (Killer Jacket Fusion VI and Jason Fusion II)
johnny used Spider Fang V, Bi-Han Tormentor VI, Killer Jacket V, family tools X
Cassie used Ceremonial Pipe III (goodbye pesky Shields) Bi Han Armor Fusion IV, and Rocky Bowling III
Scorpion Used Dark Mantle X, Muramasa Blades X, Restless Ninja Call to Arms X, Restless Ninja Statue IV
used Death Mark Instead of final ending (got lucky with jason coming last)
