I'm here every Monday afternoon with you to give you free nail education 🤗 to help you expand your nail career.
In this video tutorial I will show you how easily you can do babyboom nails using paint on french gel and sponges. The best sponges for this ombre technique that a pink wedge one from Primark 😁. I also love my babyboomer to be nice and clean so using a bot of tape to make sure there is no dirt which can transfer on my white ombre. Definitely highly recommend best gel for french and babyboomer NailPerfect paint on french gel as is very highly pigmented and has great coverage for ombre and babyboomer

in addition it can be mixed with any gel polish colour for colour ombre 🤗. I wouldn't recommend this ombre technique to be used with gel polish as gel polish is to thin and a sponge would absorb it.

@@dorotapalicka omg I was just commenting on your ig pictures!! They are lovely. I have an important question for you please help. I did a bad thing and trimmed where that skin grows out at the free edge (you know how you have to fix your forms for that skin) I forget the name but now i can see there is a space where water can get through and cause greenies on 2 of my nails :( what can I do !?! I know its there for protection.

I hope It works well for you too. Of course first few times wouldn't be perfect as all need practice. But if you have good sponge (make-up ones are best, as dont do air boubles) and very pigmented gel (not gel polish as to thin and us absorbed by sponge) then it works fab. Also Sponge gives best fade after one use. So I keep it and clean with tape any dust before 2nd use. :)

:) you need very well pigmented gel, otherwise sponge will absorb all. Best one I have ever use. Nail Perfect paint on French gel

My favorite nail design. It goes with everything and is professional for work. I wish I could wear the longer version, but I can only do that on vacations.😂 I can’t type with my nails too long. These are gorgeous & I’m going to use that technique with the milky white next time.💗

They look so beautiful. I struggle so much trying to get the perfect baby boomer. I’ve tried airbrush but the nozzle get blocked up to quickly and then little splotchy spots go everywhere. I use the gel bottle, the colours are very pigmented but the white just absorbed to much into the sponge and I don’t seem to be able to find the right amount of pressure using the brush designed for fading. ( I can with colours like deep pinks and corals ) I’ve tried pigment powder too but again the white just wasn’t pigmented enough to get the lovely very white on the very tips. I’ll keep trying though as I’m determined to master this look. Thank you for your superb tutorials. I love watching them. Xx

Hi, sorry i have a question about this technique. You've mentioned when doïng this with gel polish but your nails do not have a sticky layer when you start out. So if i would prep the nails and put the base coat on and maybe a coloured coat then will this technique work on sticky layers? I do have a good white paint gel. Thank you. I love this technique :-) they look great
So for natural nails I do prep, base, colour then top coat then buff then paint on French gel babyboomer and then top coat again.

If you have holes it could be 1. Sponge with to big holes in it so it creates baubles. To fix it get sponge which is more solid
Or 2. You had pitting (holes after file the air baubles in your product application ) to fix after filing apply top coat to fill the holes then buff then babybomer

Hi sorry delivery to Usa is very expensive :( usually above $20 and in that case often we cover the rest of the costs

It mean you have wrong sponge. Try to get a more solid one
