A tip: whoever March shields during battle when she uses her skill, that person will be targeted more often. This would allow for more enemies to be attacked since March would attack any enemy that targets the protected ally.
Confirmed, March is Ultimate Cars. In his last moments of conciousness he really transformed in the ultimate life form, a waifu, in hope of being rescued. It worked.
Take the Journey might be one of the greatest video games OST’s ever made in my opinion. It’s so simple but so beautiful. Unironically vibe to it for a couple minutes whenever I go on the Star Rail. Honkai music is so good
Well the return on investment is less spread out in Genshin as well. Until around AR40 you get more out of leveling weapons than pretty much anything else (aside from transformative reactions). On one of my alt accounts I played all the way to Inazuma with a hyperbloom team who's damage was coming from a level 20 Kuki. Just leveling Iron Sting and some random 4* EM artifacts was more than enough to play through the story comfortably. Genshin's 'challenging' content is all balanced around a timer. It is just harder to balance in general than a turn based combat system. Hence why they make most of it rather easy. Personally I've found that HSR is balanced very well if you are staying just slightly under leveled but I'm not that far into it yet (a few main quests further than the video).
I really enjoy more difficult combat and how the enemies always seem to be of higher lvl than us. In genshin enemies are either too easy or annoying to fight.

As for the Natasha or Bailu question, Bailu has great heals but she struggles at removing debuffs. Natasha excels at removing debuffs, so your best bet is to swap between them

The reason you deal so low dmg is not just cause your characters are low lvl , you run 3 support character and 1 dps . Bailu is healer , Asta is buffer and March is shielder/tank . You need to get Dan Hang in the team instead of Asta or March , he is a Hunt a good single targhet dmg dealer. My team that I use and is grate for a F2P is as follow . Dan , MC , March and Bailu or Nathasha if you don't get Bailu, is what I used at the start now I use , MC(fire) , Dan , Clara and Bailu is a good team . If you get Seele then she is the best Hunt characters as of now.

For real you can't clear simulated universe without healer. I tried with level 20 MC Asta March Serval and get destroyed.
