After a lot of struggle, fighting back, arguments, continuous follow ups (3 months), i finally returned it since the sleep tracking was erroneous. I proved this to Samsung. They didn't even have a procedure to test my claim. I, the customer, provided them with proofs. Their after-sales-service is built is such a way that it will end up demotivating the customer, so that he/she gets frustrated and keeps the issue-ridden product to himself/herself. Although, they took the fitness band back, what they gave me in return was a coupon with 90 days validity that I can redeem in Samsung cafes only.😔 Horrible experience. I am not buying any Samsung products in future. Good bye Samsung.
