I’ve been comparing this and paid leads and it seems paid leads only 40% of AP no residual but with your agency 110% AP and residual but of course you buy them. It seems the paid would pay for itself ??? Also I’m hearing work life balance which is more important wayyyy more important and that is probably due to 110% payout and residual if you got 40% no wonder they speak of working a ton of hours less payout more hours to make up to make 6 figure wages these reps i hear on many videos less hours higher pay if you buy your leads so if you got the dough this would be for someone that’s can afford it would be more beneficial to buy leads wow log in 5 hours wow wow wow wow

If your a llc or a s corp make the company you have pay for it. Most agents should be a llc or s corp not for just protecting your assets but also tax reasons therefore if you can’t get from spouse have ur s corp or llc pay for it from your profits of policies they pay you on so it a tax deductible write off as a expense. Therefore lowering your taxable income

Why are you not including and mentioning/ discounting lead spend, chargbacks, etc.

The $100k "NET" includes all lead spend and chargebacks. "Net" being defined of what an agent paid for leads (what left their bank account) vs. what came into their bank account (which accounts for chargebacks).
I don't know what you mean by "discounting lead spend", but yes we discount leads and subsidize independent agents every once in a while and hold a lead sale.
